Pass the Gavel, New Member, Paul Harris Fellow Recognized

The Binghamton Breakfast Rotary Club welcomed a new member - Kathy Burns to our club.  Kathy is a Teacher at Chenango Valley School District.

 

We also recognized Paul Harris Fellow Bill Scheider with a Vintage Rotary Pin.
